Пришли пожалуйста конфиг полностью и какие разрешения даны дефолтной группе.

А какие разрешения нужны?

Решение
range: -1 измени на столько сколько нужно видеть игроку
наример
range: 100 (в радиусе ста блоков будет видно кто пишет)
