Вопрос paper spigot

У меня стоит сервер на ядре Spigot, хочу перейти на Paper spigot т.к плагины которые я хочу поставить, просто отказываются работать и спамят в консоль со своей ошибкой,где написано плагин не поддерживает spigot. Сейчас сижу пытаюсь установить paper, но только создаётся папка cache и в консоль пишет это:
