Не работает опция первого сообщения в плагине Custom Join Messages

Работаю переведённые сообщение о входе и выходе а также приватное сообщение "- '&4Не забывай о правилах '"
но не работает всё что связано с "First-Join:"

Сам плагин не использую, но может убрать Chat
и оставить так:

этот плагин вообще мне не подходит...
